Terms of Service
Last updated: July 19, 2026
Welcome to Finfluencr. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Finfluencr (“Finfluencr,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and related services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account, joining the waitlist, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Not financial advice. Finfluencr mirrors what third-party creators publicly said about stocks. It does not provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and nothing in the Service is a recommendation to buy or sell any security.
1. What Finfluencr is (and is not)
Finfluencr aggregates, organizes, and presents statements that finance content creators (“Creators”) have made publicly — for example, in videos you or the Creator have made available — and attributes each statement to the Creator who made it, with their verbatim words. We describe the person and what they said; we never form or imply an opinion about the security.
Finfluencr is not:
- a broker-dealer, investment adviser, financial planner, or fiduciary;
- a source of investment recommendations, price predictions, or endorsements;
- a substitute for professional financial, legal, or tax advice; or
- affiliated with, or endorsed by, the Creators whose statements it reflects, unless expressly stated.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that your use complies with all laws that apply to you.
3. Your account
Some features require an account, which you may create using a third-party sign-in provider (such as Google). You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You may connect optional integrations (for example, to import the channels you follow); you can disconnect them at any time, and doing so is governed by our Privacy Policy.
4. Beta, waitlist, and changes to the Service
The Service is offered on an early-access basis and is under active development. Features may be added, changed, limited, or removed at any time; availability is not guaranteed; and the Service may contain errors or interruptions. If you join the waitlist, you are asking us to contact you about early access — you can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- scrape, copy, resell, or redistribute Service content except as expressly permitted;
- reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;
- upload malicious code, or overload or disrupt our infrastructure; or
- misrepresent the Service as investment advice or as endorsed by any Creator or issuer.
6. Third-party content and Creators
Creator statements, quotes, and related materials are provided for information and attribution only. We do not independently verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any Creator statement, and a Creator’s past statements do not indicate future results. Trademarks, names, and logos belong to their respective owners; their appearance does not imply endorsement. If you are a Creator and believe your content is presented incorrectly, contact us.
7. No investment advice; assumption of risk
Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. The Service is for general informational purposes only and does not account for your objectives, financial situation, or needs. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and should consult a licensed professional before acting. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you assume all risk arising from your use of the Service and any decisions you make.
8. Intellectual property
The Service — including its design, software, text, and branding — is owned by Finfluencr and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Creator materials remain the property of their respective owners.
9. Third-party services and links
The Service relies on and may link to third-party services (for example, authentication, hosting, analytics, market-data, and push-notification providers). We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any content is accurate or complete.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finfluencr and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or investment losses, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service — even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or US $100.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Finfluencr from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute not subject to binding arbitration, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
